Create right to sue for PFAS cleanup
Summary:
Creates a new right to sue over PFAS contamination so that the state could sue any spiller of hazardous waste/materials, including PFAS, for cleanup. This bill would also allow a property owner to sue for point of entry treatment or connection to a public water system.
