SB 480 (2024)

Requires any board or commission with over 7,000 active licensees to have a dedicated customer service administrator in the Office of Professional Licensure and Certification. This bill also makes some changes to allow for "inactive status" real estate licenses, and amends the education approval process for the real estate commission.

The House rewrote the bill so that it only addresses the "post licensing period" for real estate licensees and clarifies the requirements for inactive license holders.
