Various changes related to sewer and wastewater funding, regulation
Summary:
Removes the descriptor "intercepting" from sewers for the purpose of applying for and distributing state aid grants. This bill also raises the fee for wastewater operator certificates. Lastly, this bill changes "consulting engineers" to "consulting engineering firms" for rulemaking purposes.
