Summary:
Eliminates the filing fees for a petition for committee jurisdiction and for a petition for declaratory ruling by the Site Evaluation Committee. The Senate amended the bill to instead lower the fee to petition for a declaratory ruling, from $10,500 to $300. The Senate added this bill to HB 1234.
