Should New Hampshire ban abortions during the second trimester (e.g. after 15 weeks gestation)?

On the 2020 Citizens Count issue survey, Johnson indicated she was "for" a ban on abortion after 24 weeks gestation and wrote, "Except in cases of rape/incest or health of the mother, no abortions should be legal."

Should New Hampshire repeal the ban on abortion after 24 weeks gestation?

On the 2020 Citizens Count issue survey, Johnson indicated she was "for" a ban on abortion after 24 weeks gestation and wrote, "Except in cases of rape/incest or health of the mother, no abortions should be legal." Johnson also voted in favor of HB 625, a 2021 bill to prohibit abortion after 24 weeks gestation, unless there is a medical emergency. The bill did not include exceptions for rape or incest.
