"The best insurance companies have to play by the rules of the state they offer coverage in and NH has some good policies already... However I believe that I would LIKE to see the in-network/out-of-network aspect of insurance fixed. For example I have dental insurance that only allows me to go to one network of dentists. I need a root canal but this network of dentists only will use Novocain- which doesn't agree with me very well. While there are dentists in the area who will do the service with alternative medication, they are not in my network and thus not covered...I should be able to choose whatever healthcare provider I want in my area....that's what I believe about insurance."
