Require owners of large rental properties to give tenants the opportunity to buy the property before finalizing a sale
Summary:
Requires owners of large rental properties (generally more than four units, not owner-occupied) to notify tenants of the intent to sell the property and the terms of the sale. The owner must then consider any offer from the tenants or tenants' association to buy the property instead.
