Summary:
Allows the sale of raw milk ice cream and frozen yogurt in containers under 6 ounces. The House amended the bill add an additional warning label requirement: "RAW MILK: consuming raw milk may increase your risk of foodborne illness."
A similar bill, HB 95, was signed into law.
