Summary:

Allows the court to require a parent in a child support case to disclose how much he or she spent on attorney fees and the source of that money. The bill then states, "Payment of child support shall have priority over the payment of attorneys fees and all other costs assessed by the court or associated with the proceeding, such as fees for guardians ad litem and visitation centers."
