Require cut-off of scholarship funding if student enrolls in public school, require audit and investigation of Education Freedom Account fund misuse

Summary:

Requires that upon enrolling in a public school an Education Freedom Account program student's scholarship funding is terminated. At the time of this bill's submission, a student can still access remaining scholarship funds. This bill also requires audits by the Education Freedom Account scholarship organization and investigation of misuses of funds.
