Allow lawsuits over misleading AI images, require disclosure if AI used on political ads

Summary:

Allows a right to sue if a person distributes misleading AI or photoshopped media without the consent of the identifiable person. This bill also requires any political ads that use AI or other "synthetic media" to disclose its use with the statement, "This political communication was created with the assistance of artificial intelligence."
