Summary:
Removes the requirement for restaurants with seating for 25 or more, or serve alcohol, to provide separate toilet rooms for each sex.
The House amended the bill to instead completely repeal the requirement for restaurants to provide toilet facilities for separate sexes. Toilet facilities are still addressed in the building code.
