Make it legal to display firearm to warn off trespassers, property damage

Summary:

Revises the exceptions to the law against criminal threatening. In particular, this bill allows displaying a firearm to warn off someone criminally trespassing or who is likely to cause property damage over $1,500.  The House amended the bill to remove the $1,500 threshold.
