Summary:
Increases the penalty for a restaurant, bar, or similar business overserving alcohol. If the intoxicated person causes serious injury or death, the business must pay $7,500 and have their liquor license suspended for up to 30 days. If the business has more than one offense, the license suspension and fines go up.
