Terminate EFA for student who enrolls in public school, require audit and investigation of misuse of EFA funds
Summary:
If a student with an Education Freedom Account (EFA) enrolls in public school, this bill requires the funding to be immediately returned to the state. This bill also requires the scholarship organization administering the EFA program to conduct an audit and investigate misuse of funds.
