SB 180 (2023)

Revise medical marijuana warnings, limit THC in hemp

Revises the warning labels placed on medical marijuana sold in New Hampshire. This bill also requires a product information be distributed with medical marijuana products.

The Senate amended the bill to instead give authority to the therapeutic cannabis oversight board to regulate and review the labels and educational materials for medical marijuana products. The amended bill also prohibits the sale of hemp products containing "greater than 0.03% on a dry weight basis" of THC.
