Add misdemeanor penalty for trespassing on land for non-recreational, criminal purposes
Summary:
Revises the law against criminal trespass so that it is a misdemeanor to enter open space land for reasons other than recreation where the owner has posted "no trespass except for skiing, snowshoeing, fishing, hunting, hiking, or nature observation." This bill also makes it a misdemeanor to commit a drug crime or human trafficking on the property of another.
