"When I was on the Oyster River School Board, I helped negotiate the Barrington tuition agreement. It provided a predictable number of students for a decade. I worked because we were an excellent school system, and they provided us with revenue. The open enrollment plans that have been proposed do not provide enough revenue and will harm many districts.
