"I do not believe in the term 'illegal' I believe most people are 'out of status'. They come here with temporary papers and it takes too long to get through the system when it expires. Is police brutality an issue in NH?
"It is unfair for me to say who faces discrimination and police brutality. Although I have never faced it, I cannot speak for those who feel threatened by police. To answer the question, there may be forms of police harassment and racism in the state. However, I have not heard of police brutality in the state as a significant complaint."
