"Despite the pleas of business and civic leadership all over southern New Hampshire, last year the Council blocked federal funding to study passenger rail from Boston to Concord. Bill will work to revive the rail project because the Legislature mandated it, the communities wanted it and rail service is critical to the future of the Manchester airport."
