"At the end of the day, all student loans should be repaid. If a business chooses to contribute to an employee's student loan repayment obligation, then that is a private matter between the business and its employee(s). But, if a tax credit for student loan repayment assistance helps both parties, and the end-result is a flourishing business with satisfied employees who are accountable for their student loan obligations, then yes, I will support such legislation."

If our NH governor is effective and inspiring, then I don't want to restrict their powers at this important time. The tough part of the question is determining how to legislate both sides of the argument."
