Should NH add an income tax on earned income?

"We need to start being fiscally responsible with our legislation. We continually deplete funds needed by many in order to appease the few without need. This needs to change before we do anything."

Should New Hampshire restore funding for the Office of the Child Advocate?

"Cassandra Sanchez was the loudest voice for the children in NH. Gov Ayotte chose not to reinstate her because Ms. Sanchez was the only one that spoke out for the latest abuse victims. Without her, and adequate funding of the office, at risk children of NH will continue to fall through the cracks, or worse."

Do you support New Hampshire’s current system of public school funding, with about two-thirds of total funding coming from local property taxes?

"One of many issues with tying public education into property taxes is wealthy areas have more money funded into their Public School system, whereas lower income areas have less. Every child should have an equal right to the same public education regardless of the wealth of their town. The way we do it is not fair, or equal in any way.  NH ranks last in state funding of public schools. This needs to change."

Should NH pass stricter gun control laws?

"Firearms are the number 1 killer of children under 19 in the USA. At the very least, we need an extreme risk law. Every responsible gun owner should advocate to have one in place. We live in a state that loosens what few gun restrictions we have with each legislative session. Instead, we number every door and window in case of active shooters, and now voted to install trauma kits in schools. I think it's time we protect our children before acts of violence and not after."
