Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?
"Education Freedom is parent-directed education. The Education Freedom Account (EFA) allows the state-aid portion of the student to follow the student and is not taken from property taxes. The transparent EFA program also has a membership cap, which regulates the program within the means of the Education Trust Fund with guardrails where money is spent. In Wolfeboro and Ossipee, whom I will represent, 97% of students are high priority recipients because they fall under the income threshold. To remove EFAs means removing education choices from working families. So long as the state provides similar aid to students in the district school, I want to empower working families for the same opportunity for their children who do not find the district school the best option for their children."For| Read My Position

"New Hampshire's business-friendly approach is critical for a growing economy, better jobs, and longterm options for our children and grandchildren to raise their families in NH. I support HB 155 which passed in July 2026 with a long-term view to sustain NH businesses. This low-tax, pro-business bill increased the filing threshold for small businesses (benefitting thousands of small businesses), and automatically cuts future business taxes corresponding to tax revenue. My position is to wait-and-see the positive effects of this bill before adjusting further."Other| Read My Position

While this should remain the case and the character of each town should remain true to itself, unreasonable zoning restrictions around the state should be reviewed. "I support giving voters common-sense opportunities to cap and reduce their property taxes. I support HB 1300 which will be on the ballot November 3 for the full district. To clarify this question by Citizens Count, this is a tax cap but not a budget cap. This ballot question does NOT limit school district budgets. It does, however, limit the school portion of local property tax increases. Schools may still raise their budgets if they choose and find revenue elsewhere (e.g. grants, fundraising, etc).
