Should NH impose strict residency requirements on registering to vote?

"I think we need to get with the times and implement a digital voter registry. With a digital system, once someone is registered to vote, they could go to a voting station in any town, regardless of where they live, show their ID, and vote. If it's more convenient for me to vote in Concord, where I might have a meeting on election day, but I live in Hampton or Stratham, I can vote there. Today's method is archaic, time consuming and tedious. It would be such an easy and cost effective statewide program to implement. Might even save tax dollars."
