"Illegal immigration is a problem, but one born from an awful Legal Immigration system and the instability, rampant crime, and corruption found throughout Latin & South American. The US is a nation of immigrants, and immigrants have given America much to be proud of. Our laws must be just, and we must be compassionate. However, we must stop teaching students 'for the test' and start teaching for retention. Students presently 'cram' for the tests, but rapidly forget this information.
