Do you support the “Education Freedom Account” program, which gives students access to the per-pupil share of state school funding to spend on private school or home school expenses?
"Should some students be allowed to attend other schools, or other types of schools based on: 1) specific offerings; 2) special education needs; 3) an environment that cannot meet the needs of particular child; etc.... however, the current system does not differentiate on who receives aid based on need. Some NH families are trapped and cannot afford to move their child while others can easily afford such a move. Some type of needs-based assessment should be applied to determine the portion of assistance that a family should receive and it should be based on income and wealth as documented by the Federal Income Tax Return, Financial Affidavit NHJB-2065-F and/or NH Statement of Assets and Liabilities - Individual NHJB-2328-DFPe."

Should New Hampshire’s anti-discrimination law allow segregation based on biological sex in some settings, such as bathrooms and locker rooms?

"This question has so many facets that are not explained. In regard to K-12 schools: biological boys/girls do not belong in each other's k-12 locker rooms or k-12 bathrooms. It would be nice if each bathroom or locker room had individual stalls such that anyone could use them. But that could be prohibitively expensive for schools to implement. Reasonable accommodations should be made at the local level but those may be difficult to define in law."
