"Executive Council does not legislate the EFA program. However, they can and should open bidding for the contract for the administration of the voucher program to lower administrative costs. There needs to be an income cap for eligibility for the EFA; the accounts were originally established for low income families. The Governor removed that cap."

"Reproductive health centers in NH such as Planned Parenthood and Lovering Center provide a variety of services to women and men including family planning, testing and treatment for sexually transmitted infections, cervical and breast cancer screening and low cost vasectomies. These centers provide care to more than 10,000 people who might otherwise not receive health care. Audits have confirmed that state funding does not pay for abortions."

Promotion of secure firearm storage campaigns to protect children in homes, schools and communities."
