"I was horrified this spring to understand the extent that the New Hampshire Republican Party has been largely overtaken by extremist Free staters who are trying their best to implement their agenda. They basically do not want any state government and wish to privatize everything, including schools, police and fire.
"They are responsible for removing income limits from the school voucher program so now our taxes are paying for lots of private school tuitions, no matter what their parents make and that number is estimated to be in the tens of millions and to just continue to grow."

"Districts have deliberative sessions or town meetings that give you time to ponder every budget and ask questions before you vote in March. Question 2 takes that away by making us vote now, before we even know what our school and admin budgets will be. And if we ever want a cap, NH law lets us vote on one ourselves. Make these decisions yourself, not Concord!"
