Should New Hampshire ban abortion after 24 weeks gestation, with exceptions for cases of rape/incest and health complications?

"Abortion is made complicated by the nature of fetal development. So generally it should be a private choice. But there is a strong case to be made that late fetal development is complete human life. I completely oppose criminalizing abortion earlier than 24 weeks for the converse reason."

Should New Hampshire increase public access to reports of police misconduct?

"There is every reason to allow the public access to information which allows citizen oversight and NO reason not to. To criminals we say 'don't do the crime if you can't do the time.' Civilians have no such protection of privacy of their criminal records. Then if the very people who are in the position of responsibility to enforce our laws transgress, the same logic applies even more because of their unique level of responsibility. Transgress, expect the public to know about it."
