"I would be in favor of a licensing program for gun owners similar to the need to obtain a driver's license. This could be considered a source of revenue for the state. I recognize that a hunter's license is required in New Hampshire for hunting with proper training and this is favorable and already in place. If the owner of the gun is a hunter and already has a license, an additional license would not be required."
