"While the state pays just over $4,000 per pupil to municipalities for school, EFAs provide over $5,000 to parents for them to spend on private school or home schooling with no oversight from the people who are paying. There is no accountability on how the money is spent. There is no income cap on families who receive EFAs, so millionaires can get $5,000 which lower income people pay for. "There is no way that we can keep NH 'pure' from marijuana use. Our residents are buying regularly from neighboring states. We can, and should, develop laws for retail growing and selling, with laws that punish inappropriate and dangerous behavior (including driving under the influence).
