When asked this question on the 2024 Citizens Count survey, Rep. Corcoran marked "Other." In 2025 Corcoran voted to limit parking requirements in zoning laws (SB 284), but also voted to continue allowing planning boards to differentiate based on the number of bedrooms in a residential development (SB 174).

"Public schools over-promise and under-deliver. We already spend an average of $24,000 per child per year for inadequate educations that benefit only the union-controlled teachers. We need to increase the income cap on EFAs, which deliver much better educations for much fewer tax dollars."
