"I am as long as the economic risk is privatized. IE we cannot have private upside and public down size risk. Utilities cannot build and generation nucler or aother and put the risk of failure on the backs of rate payers. We should do a 10 percent tax on Seabrook power plant rate payers paid for it and now that power is sold out of state lowering costs ot other states for power we paid for in SCR for decades. "I am very pro NEt metering up to 1 mw and believe that distributed small project is the best path. I will work to make interconeciton for project under the cap easier. I will nto support net metering above 1 mw. I own bright Spot Solar LLC and have build 6 MW of small cusotmer generation solar. "I was involved to fund enducation thorugh AEG and understand the formula well. We need to move Casinio non profot 35% into Education Trust fund to increase Base Grant lower property taxes increase state funding with no new tax, increase EFA. We need to have multi district SAU IE at least 3000 studetns to have superintendent, we can lower local cost and provide better managerment for local districts, local school boards still run local school principals reprot to local boards."No Response

AEG and 50% of average cost from sending district shoudl folloow student plus receivning district can charge partents up to 2k. "I have been robbed at gun point 2 times, and have been shot 2 times. I have 2 bulltes one in my head and one one loged in my neck..... We need to be able to keep guns to protect ourselves. You do not hear form gun shot victums on gun control becuase they are dead. Trust me we will stop any attempts on gun control."
