Summary:
Constitutional amendment allowing 17-year-olds to vote in primary elections, provided they turn 18 by the time of the general election.
The House amended the bill to instead require voters to be citizens of the U.S., citizens of New Hampshire, domiciled in New Hampshire, and have their primary residence in New Hampshire.
