Summary:
Constitutional amendment cutting the size of the House of Representatives to 200 members. This constitutional amendment would also increase the size of the Senate to 35 members. Lastly, this constitutional amendment raises the compensation for representatives to $6,000 per term and the compensation for senators to $7,500 per term.
