Summary:
Stopgap federal funding bill that keeps the government open and operational while budget negotiations continue.
Senators Shaheen and Hassan supported a November amendment to this bill that funds the Agriculture Department, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, Legislative Branch, military construction projects and Department of Veterans Affairs all the way through next September. The amendment funds the rest of the federal government through January 2026.
