HB 1035 (2022)

Remove notarization requirement for form allowing religious vaccine requirement exemption

Summary:

Allows parents to exempt children from school vaccination requirements as a "conscientious objector." At the time of this bill's submission, New Hampshire only allows medical and religious exemptions.

The House rewrote the bill entirely to instead remove the requirement that the form for a parent claiming a religious exemption to school vaccination requirements be notarized.
