Summary:

Expands qualifications for initial licensure as an alcohol and drug counselor (LADC). In particular, the bill permits an individual who is credentialed as an internationally certified alcohol and drug counselor and who has 6,000 hours of supervised work experience to qualify for LADC licensure.
