Summary:
Establishes a commission to investigate and analyze the environmental and human and animal health impacts relating to cyanobacteria blooms in New Hampshire water bodies.
The House amended the bill to direct the Department of Environmental Services (DES) to develop a plan to combat and mitigate the growth and expansion of cyanobacteria in New Hampshire.
