Ban sex offenders from any employment or volunteer service providing direct services to a minor
Summary:
Broadens the law restricting employment for persons convicted of felony assault against a child or any offense involving child sexual abuse. This bill bars offenders from any job or volunteer position providing "direct services to minors, or supervision or oversight of minors."
