Limit prisoner sentence reduction
Summary:
Amends the earned time credits for certain programs in which a prisoner participates and completes. At the time of this bill's submission, state law says that a prisoner can earn a 60-day sentence reduction for each program completed; this bill would limit prisoners to one 60-day reduction.
