Allow purple paint instead of "no trespassing" signs

Summary:

Allows a person to apply purple paint on trees, rocks, or posts to prevent criminal trespass and other physical activities on such person's land. At the time of this bill's submission, landowners must post signs that say something like "No Hunting or Trespassing."
