Require Education Freedom Account students take state standardized tests

Summary:

Requires students who receive scholarships through the Education Freedom Accounts program to take the annual statewide student assessment tests. At the time of this bill's submission, students can take a different standardized test or submit a portfolio instead of taking the state standardized tests.
