Change approval process to convert public school to charter school
Summary:
Changes the process for conversion of a public school to a chartered public school. In particular, this bill removes the need to get approval from teachers, the superintendent, and the principal. Instead, this bill requires a 2/3 majority vote at a regular annual meeting.
