Summary:
Prohibits a town, city, or county from restricting the types or fuel sources of energy production which may be supplied to customers.
The Senate amended the bill to instead require the Department of Energy to report on the authority of a municipalities to restrict the types or fuel sources of energy production which may be used, delivered, converted, or supplied to customers.
