Summary:
Enables wastewater treatment plants to require any industrial or commercial facilities or septic haulers contributing discharge to test such discharge for PFAS. This bill also allows wastewater treatment plants to refuse discharge or charge a fine for discharge containing a level of PFAS above the level the wastewater treatment plant has determined to be acceptable.
