Require employers to allow conscientious objector exemptions from vaccine mandates


Requires private employers, postsecondary institutions, and institutions that provides clinical sites for educational programs with vaccine requirements to allow medical, religious, and conscientious objector exemptions. This bill also prohibits an employer from requiring any medical treatment that has been approved by the Food and Drug Administration only for emergency or experimental use.
