Increase size of homestead food operations exempt from licensing and inspection, modify related definitions and regulations

Summary:

Increases the homestead food operations threshold from $35,000 to $50,000 in annual gross sales. Operations selling less than that amount are not subject to licensure and inspection requirements under state law. The bill then modifies various definitions and regulations related to homestead food operations.
