Repeal and revise various dedicated funds
Summary:
Repeals some inactive dedicated funds, deposits any of their remaining money into other, active dedicated funds, removes the anti-lapsing provisions of some dedicated funds, and revises the reporting requirements for some dedicated funds. This bill is a request of the joint committee on dedicated funds.
