Summary:
Establishes a legislative committee to review all non-regulatory boards, commissions, councils, advisory committees, and task forces established by law. The Senate amended this bill to incorporate many other pieces of legislation. Notably, one amendment raises the age to buy cigarettes and other tobacco products to 21 (similar to SB 248). Another amendment allows sentence reductions for prisoners who participate in correctional industries or other programs.
